Your Flexible Support Programme

This comprehensive support programme offers you maximum flexibility and choice in services. You are allocated a number of credits to be exchanged for individual one to one coaching sessions, workshop attendance, or other services, as outlined below:

1 credit = 1 hour of individual coaching with an expert career coach from our team who will be assigned as your dedicated coach for the duration of your programme. Coaching is delivered flexibly to suit your preference - Zoom, MS Teams, or telephone.

OR

1 credit = 3 months access to SnapDragon e-Learning. The intuitive and intelligent SnapDragon e-Learning Hub is packed full of interactive tools, resources and assessments designed to help you to make the right decisions, accelerate your job search and maximise your career opportunities. Use the ‘Pulse’ tool to quickly and easily understand which areas of your job search need the most focus. Follow the simple step-by-step action plan to increase confidence and competence and explore your career ‘wants and needs’ via a range of psychometric assessments. You will have unlimited access to e-learning content designed specifically for people utilising career transition services, enabling you to develop your knowledge and skillset and help you to progress your career.

OR 

1 credit = 3 months access to Video Arts. Video Arts uses humour in order to make learning more memorable, combining entertainment and education to engage learners and change behaviours. The engaging video and infographic learning solutions put across complex ideas in a short space of time and is renowned for its ability to improve organisational performance. Topics include: wellbeing, leadership, customer service, mental health, remote working, performance management and health and safety. You will have unlimited access to the video library and interactive courses.

OR

1 credit = 3 months access to Podcast-Style Learning with Assemble You.  Podcast-Style Learning offers flexible, accessible learning to support everyday productivity and professional growth. Users can build critical soft skills, covering topics such as communication, mental health, leadership, and change management — ideal for reflection and learning on the go. Complementing this, the Microsoft 365 Fundamentals series offers 130+ video lessons and exercises on Excel, Word, Teams, and more. This dual approach supports diverse learning styles and levels, helping users develop both digital confidence and workplace effectiveness — whether starting out, upskilling, or returning to work.

OR

1 credit = one hour of Independent Financial Guidance. Financial Guidance from My Wealth can provide information, guidance, and education on a wide range of financial topics, including:

• Redundancy payment – what will you use it for?

• Loss of company benefits and what actions you could take 

• Income Tax 

• Pension options – paying in/drawing out

OR

1 credit = attendance at (or the recording of) a Virtual Workshop. We offer a range of Virtual Workshops on a rolling two month schedule. Topics include CV Writing, Interview techniques, Self-Employment, Active Retirement, Understanding AI in Your Job Search, plus many more.

On behalf of the British Red Cross, we must make you aware that  - without exception - failure to attend or cancel a workshop booking or 1:1 meeting, without providing a minimum of 2 working day’s notice will result in a loss of the credit(s).
