When you learn that your role may be at risk, it’s important to take some time to fully explore your options. This is a time to take stock, think about your future and consider a range of decisions.
At times of significant career change, being able to count on the confidential support of an independent, objective career expert can be very helpful in guiding you towards a satisfactory outcome.
This content is available to you as an individual coaching support session (2 hours) or the ‘Managing Your Career’ group virtual workshop* with other colleagues from HSBC. (*please note, a minimum number of delegates are required for workshops to be planned).
EITHER SESSION CAN HELP YOU TO:
Increase your self-awareness by helping you to review your current capabilities and understand the reality of your situation.
Provide you with an opportunity for reflection and contribute to the development of practical solutions.
Support you to develop a personal action plan that will help you to succeed, irrespective of the context.
Provide ideas for how to explore options so you can make informed choices.
Help to develop support networks and skills to increase your resilience and effectiveness.
On behalf of HSBC we must make you aware that - without exception - failure to attend or cancel a workshop booking or 1:1 meeting, without providing a minimum of 5 working day’s notice will result in a loss of support option(s).
