Experienced Career Coaches will provide guidance and advice to ensure you understand more about your employability and transferability and the wide range of career options available to you, so that you can start to make plans for your future.  The support will be centred around meeting your specific needs; you may be looking for the same type of role, seeking a new challenge, considering starting your own business or thinking about the transition to retirement.  Whatever your career goals, Working Transitions will be able to provide you with tailored support.  If you are looking for a new role, we will provide highly practical support around CV writing, sources of opportunity, application processes and interview techniques.  We can also help you explore self-employment, business start-up or moving towards an active retirement.

Once you have received your notice of redundancy, support will be available onsite, as well as via telephone and online.  You will have access to a range of services including an agreed number of flexibly delivered individual career coaching sessions, group events – workshops and webinars – covering a range of topics and a suite of e-learning programmes. In addition, you will also have unlimited access to telephone coaching and remote support and a suite of online tools and resources to help you make the right next move.  These are available to you for as long as you need it, right up until you secure your new role or opportunity.
