This programme will provide you with tailored support to assist you in positively moving forward in your career. During this programme you will receive 6 flexible support credits to assist you during your transition. In addition to unlimited online and remote support, you will have the opportunity to choose additional services from a menu of options:
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
You will be carefully matched to one of our fully accredited, experienced Coaches. Your Coach will arrange meetings with you at a location that works for you; at home, at work, at a local venue or remotely.This means that meeting with your Coach is always at the most convenient time and place for you and does not require you to travel long distances to access support. The Coach will adopt a highly tailored approach to your support depending on your needs.

webinars / Workshops
These are usually delivered in groups of around 10 people are held either on-site or at a local venue and are interactive and practical. You will receive a copy of a comprehensive workbook.

We offer access to a suite of e-learning programmes, providing the opportunity to refresh existing skills or acquire new sets of skills.
Programmes are available in a wide range of subject areas from Microsoft Office to Professional Certification courses.
Core Service Elements
PERSONAL CAREER MANAGER
At the beginning of each programme, you are allocated a Personal Career Manager from our office based team of coaches. This service is telephone based and can also be accessed via Skype, Facetime and Webchat. The PCM conducts an initial diagnostic session and remains as your allocated telephone coach throughout the programme.
This service does not use any credits as it is provided on an unlimited access basis to underpin all other services and the PCM acts as your single point of contact to help you make maximum use of the wide range of services on offer for each programme. You may contact your Personal Career Manager (PCM) as frequently as required throughout your programme and for 100 days after you commence a new role.
