This additional support does not use any support options - it is provided on an unlimited basis to underpin all other services and help you to make maximum use of the support on offer.

PERSONAL CAREER MANAGER

At the beginning of your programme, you will be allocated a Personal Career Manager (PCM) from our office based team of coaches. Your PCM will act as a guide and navigator and will support you throughout the duration of your programme.

Your PCM can be contacted by telephone, e-mail, Facetime and Skype and, after an initial diagnostic session, will remain as your allocated telephone coach throughout the programme.
