We do not adopt a prescriptive approach to recruiting associates for our coaching team. We work with a wide range of clients and so seek diversity within our coaching population. Working Transitions’ team of experienced, accredited coaches offers a wealth and breadth of industry and business experience, capabilities, approaches and styles. Our team demonstrates confidence, credibility and approachability and are competent and entirely comfortable using a range of technology and tools.

Our coaches have a flexible, adaptable working style. The range of assignments can be very diverse, and our coaches have the ability to flex accordingly. We are a very values driven business, and it’s important that anybody working for us, whatever their role, feels a strong affinity to our values and demonstrates this in behaviours and language.

We expect our coaches to deliver a consistently excellent service, enjoy what they are doing and feel part of a professional, friendly and positive environment. As corporate members of the Association for Coaching, we work to the highest standards in relation to quality, supervision and ethics.
